How ownership works

Three commitment lengths. One path to owning it outright.

Every build comes on a 12-month, 6-month, or monthly plan. Shorter commitments cost a little more upfront and carry an early-ownership transfer fee if you want the site fully in-house before the 12-month mark — the monthly care fee itself doesn't change with plan length. Exact figures are set in your quote.

12-month (recommended) Lowest upfront build fee; care billed monthly across the year. Included — the site is yours after 12 months.
6-month A shorter commitment for a slightly higher build fee. Early-ownership transfer fee, from around €149.
Monthly The most flexible option, with the highest upfront build fee. Transfer fee from around €249, stepping down the longer you stay active.

Transfer fees step down the longer you've been an active client. On the monthly plan, the fee drops to the 6-month level once you've paid for at least 6 months of active service, and can drop further in line with the 12-month model once you reach a full year. On the 6-month plan, renewing for a second term and completing 12 months total gets you the same 12-month ownership terms.

When ownership transfers, you get the website files and code, the content built for you, your own images and assets, and the site's structure. It doesn't include Thorix's internal templates or reusable components, any third-party licenses that aren't transferable, or future maintenance — and you should always own your own domain outright, even if we manage it technically on your behalf.
