What this site collects, and where it goes.

Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, and message — plus whatever optional details you fill in (business name, current site, project type, timeline) — to Thorix's support inbox by email, via Resend, our email-delivery provider. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.

We don't sell this data, add you to a mailing list, or share it with anyone beyond Resend (to deliver the email) and the sub-processors named below.

The client portal (/portal) and Thorix's own internal tools run on Supabase, which handles login sessions (Supabase Auth) and stores the site's content and, for client-portal accounts, project details (business name, contact email, project stage, support requests).

There's no public sign-up anywhere on this site. Every account — staff or client — is created by hand and handed to that person directly; nobody can register one themselves.

This site can use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see general usage patterns — pages viewed, roughly how visitors found the site, nothing tied to your name or email. It only runs if you opt in through the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, or don't choose, nothing loads. It never tracks you across other sites and isn't used for advertising.

You can change your choice at any time — use the cookie preferences link in the footer to open the banner again.

Three services process data on Thorix's behalf to run this site:

Supabase Inc. — authentication and database hosting. Thorix's project data is stored in Supabase's EU (Ireland) region, though Supabase Inc. itself is a US-based company.

Resend — delivers contact-form and portal-notification emails.

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this site, handles its traffic and DNS, and — only if you opt in — provides the Web Analytics described above.

We keep contact-form enquiries and account data only as long as needed to run the relationship they relate to.
